    The apartment is modern style yet amazing just off Nisantasi, taxi and Istanbul. Breakfast is delicious for the delicious Turkish coffee, bedroom is separate. Has very comfy beds, everything neat. Staff are responsible, at the reception desk.

    Spacious, well-appointed apartment was a comfort.

    The air conditioning in the room was inadequate. Despite reaching out to the hotel staff for assistance, I was left with no relief and struggled to sleep each night. The beds felt uncomfortable, and I found it nearly impossible to relax with the uncomfortable pillows.

    A nice size apartment for good value. My venue was awesome and tidy really close to Istanbul and the best restaurants and shopping malls in Istanbul. Although the bed was very hard, I liked the apartment it was perfect. Sea view from the windows. Attentive and best staff, from room boy to manager. Appreciated the easy check-in too. Its location was stunning and peaceful for me and my kid.

    The setting was bad.

    A serene stay with fine views

    Waking up to amazing views of the city was lovely. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and had all the amenities I needed.

    The A/C wasn't adjustable, made evenings a bit uncomfortable. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise amazing stay.

    Staff very friendly and courteous... Taxis are available directly in front of the accommodation.

    Cleanliness unfortunately mediocre, especially the bathroom (mould). You're forced to take a taxi to get to the center.

    The front desk staff are great. The hotel gym is ecxelent the size of the apartment is perfect plus the city view from the room very nice. Over all it's the best place for a family or couple.

    The restaurant is so poor.

    A fantastic view in a skyscraper, all very modern and clean and a Carrefour Market just next to it. Very convenient with a car although maybe a little far away from the sights (2km away from Taksim, near the Belmonti shopping center). There's a food court, several swimming pools, a fitness center and a great playing area for kids (even an aquarium). The area illustrates the gap between rich and poor, modern and runned down (for that matter, it feels very safe). The kitchen is nice too and the staff very helpful.

    Not much to dislike, but people coming to Istanbul for the first time and without their own mean of transportation should probably stay in Sultanhamet or near Galata Tower.

    The staff is very nice, polite and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious, modern and comfortably furnished. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed daily. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom and sofa bed.
